We are a locally owned and operated independent insurance agency located in the heart of Olive Branch, MS with licenses in Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas.

One of the benefits of doing business locally is the level of customer service that you receive. We have all had both good and bad extremes when it comes to customer service. You always remember the extremes. If you have really poor service, you almost certainly will tell your friends and family.

The flip side is that when you receive excellent customer service, you will also tell your friends and family. Our growth model is based almost entirely upon repeat business and referrals. If we fail to perform our jobs at a high level then our business model will not be successful.

At the end of the day, everyone wants to know that they will have their needs met whether they call at 8am on a Monday morning or at 5pm on a Friday afternoon. You want an agent who will call you back on the evenings and weekends when emergencies happen. You want an agent who considers YOUR emergency to be THEIR emergency.
